"Borders"
2005 Installation, 1 computer, 1 projector, 4 loudspeakers.
The computer is generating a changeable pulsating image of single words on a grey screen being picked up accidentally out of database of recorded texts from radio hotlines. The image is combined with a sound sequence of the spoken text abstracted to a zooming noise. The audiovisual expression in space refers to a swarm of flying insects.

"Gravity"  handles with the problem of Mobbing in our everyday life. I got sensitiveness for this theme throw experiences of my close friends. I asked them to put down these experiences and I also used anonymous sources from mobbing forums in internet. The video part act as a contrast for the hard text contents. The airplanes visualise the feeling of liability and insecurity but also lightness and freedom.
